Our February 2001 Cover

Our Valentine's Day cover features the hands of Jim and Leah Porter. The pattern for Leah's ring is a Delta slim blade 5. It has a one-carat diamond between the two nail heads. The pattern for Jim's ring is a Capewell city head 12. The patterns were used to form the wax cast and the gold was poured into the cast and then sculpted into the rings by Dwayne Kalman of Kalman Jewelry and Sculpture in Auburn, California.
