.- IN MEMORY OF FRED CAYLOR - From the Indianapolis Star, Wednesday, January 9, 2002 Fred E. Caylor, 75, Zionsville, Indiana, died January 7th. A blacksmith, he owned Josh's Traditional Ironworks, Whitestown, Indiana, and was a blacksmith at Conner Prairie Museum. Previously, he was a firefighter 20 years for the Indianapolis Fire Department, retiring as lieutenant in 1973. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He was a past master of Keystone Masonic Lodge and was a member of Celestial Masonic Lodge, Whitestown, Scottish Rite and Murat Shrine. Memorial contributions may be made to the Boone County Cancer Society or the American Cancer Society. He is survived by his wife Margie Sutton Caylor; children Debbie Brotherton, Becky Mueller, Fred E. Caylor, Jr. and Tom Caylor; mother Dorothy Bodmer Caylor; sister Joni Caylor Mayes; and five grandchildren.
